We ship via TT Post Local Courier service who can deliver to virtually any address in Trinidad and Tobago.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items. It usually takes 3 business days for the order to be delivered once it is in stock.
Please note that the shipping rates for the items we sell are weight-based. The shipping charge is TT$30.00 for the first 55lbs and TT$30.00 for every 55lbs or part thereof after the first 55lbs. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. The total shipping charge is calculated when you checkout.
For an introductory period the shipping charge will be $20 for orders up to 55lbs.
Alternatively, customers can pick up their order at our St James store located at 24 Patna Street or our store in Trincity Mall.
If the purchaser is not 100% satisfied with their purchase, they can return the product and get a refund.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Return of Items
Seven (7) days to return an item from the date it was received by the purchaser.
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received by the purchaser.
The item must be in the original packaging.
The item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once Funky Pets receives an item for refund, it will be inspected and the purchaser will be notified that Funky Pets has received the returned item and whether it has been approved for refund.
If the returned item is approved for refund, Funky Pets will initiate a refund to the purchaser’s credit card.
The purchaser will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on their card issuer's policies.
The purchaser will be responsible for paying their own shipping cost for returning items except if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
